On-site pallet grading and condition assessment — how does it work?

You do not have to transport your pallets in — our experienced colleagues perform grading at your site, and we organize repair or replacement locally.

Many businesses face the problem of pallets in uncertain condition accumulating in the warehouse. Which can still be repaired? Which should be scrapped? Which are worth selling? These questions are answered by on-site pallet grading.

What does on-site pallet grading mean?

The experienced pallet grading staff of Trade Rebellion Kft. visit your site and carry out a full assessment of your pallet stock on location. This means:

  • You do not have to transport the pallets anywhere — we go to you.
  • We categorize pallets piece by piece according to condition: usable, needs repair, should be scrapped.
  • You get an accurate picture of what in your existing stock can be saved and what should be replaced.

Who do we recommend it for?

On-site grading is especially useful if:

  • A larger quantity of pallets has accumulated at your site.
  • You are not sure whether your pallets meet partner or logistics expectations.
  • Your partners or customers set quality requirements for pallets.
  • You want to optimize pallet management and reduce unnecessary costs.

What happens after the assessment?

Based on the result of the on-site grading, we can proceed in several directions:

  1. Taking over pallets needing repair: we transport damaged pieces away, refurbish them in our MÁV-REC certified repair facility, and deliver them back — or provide near-new pallets in exchange.
  2. Non-repairable pallets: if a pallet has too many defects to be restored by contract repair to the quality you expect, we can make a purchase offer for it.
  3. Organizing replacement supply: if the assessment shows that replacement is needed, we immediately provide a quote for used, near-new or new pallets.

How can you request an on-site assessment?

The process is simple:

  1. Submit your request via the quote request form or by phone.
  2. We agree on a time that works for you.
  3. Our colleagues visit, carry out the assessment, and discuss the results on site.
  4. Based on the discussion, we prepare a quote for repair, replacement or buyback.

Why is it worth it?

On-site assessment helps you avoid unnecessarily repairing pallets that should be scrapped, or throwing away pallets that can still be refurbished economically. Well-organized pallet management means significant savings in the long term — and we stand by you as a partner in this.
