General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of traderebellion.hu and to orders, quote requests and pallet-related services provided by Trade Rebellion Kft.

2. Services

The website presents pallet and logistics products, online ordering up to the displayed quantity limits, custom quote requests, pallet buyback, pallet repair and on-site pallet management.

3. Orders and quotes

An online order or quote request is not an automatic contract. A contract is formed after confirmation by Trade Rebellion Kft. Larger quantities and recurring needs are handled through individual quotes.

Webshop orders are fulfilled exclusively by personal pickup at one of our sites. Delivery cannot be selected in the order process; delivery is available only through an individual quote, for total quantities of at least 100 pcs.

4. Prices, payment and delivery

HUF mode displays net HUF webshop prices. EUR mode does not display automatic EUR prices; EUR pricing, EUR invoicing and EUR payment are available by individual quote and written confirmation. VAT and delivery costs are shown or confirmed separately. Pickup and delivery times are agreed individually.

Delivery is available only within individual quotes for total quantities of at least 100 pcs; below that, products are picked up in person. The freight cost is confirmed in the quote based on address, quantity, loading conditions and scheduling.

5. Product quality and used goods

Product images are illustrative. Used or repaired pallets and packaging may differ in appearance, colour, markings and wear while still meeting the agreed functional quality category.

6. Complaints and governing law

Complaints can be sent to info@traderebellion.hu. Matters not regulated here are governed by Hungarian law.
