What counts as a normal scrap ratio?
The professionally accepted range is 10–15%. Below this, the collected lot was usually of better quality; above this, the raw material is harder to repair.
How does the repaired pallet return?
The repaired pallet returns to saleable stock as the appropriate category equivalent (like-new, light or grey EUR). We do not treat it as a secondary pallet.
Do you undertake on-site collection?
Yes, for larger quantities this is a common need. Collection, repair and return delivery can be handled as part of one process.
What types of pallets do you repair?
EUR/EPAL, one-way and special pallets as well. Exact conditions depend on type and nature of damage.
What does it mean that repair may only use an element from the same type of pallet?
For EUR pallet repair, only a standard component from another EUR pallet may be used. This preserves the pallet’s certification and exchange value. Incorrect repair is not merely a formality, but a business and safety risk.
