Why choose us?

Own repair site

Dedicated Gyál-2 repair site with production function — not subcontractors, but our own team.

Professional component use

We repair EUR/EPAL pallets only with standard components of the same type, as required by the standard.

Plannable turnaround

A realistic turnaround time of 2–3 working days for larger lots, with agreed scheduling.

Return to stock circulation

The repaired pallet becomes saleable stock, not a secondary category.

Why Trade Rebellion?

Pallet repair is not merely physical work; it is part of the pallet lifecycle. A broken EUR pallet is not the end state — with professional repair it returns to saleable stock. Therefore, for companies where pallets are constantly circulating and damaged pieces are not waste but valuable reusable assets, repair partnership is also a business issue.

Trade Rebellion’s repair process operates as a dedicated production function: the Gyál-2 site is specifically organised for repairs, with no classic customer traffic, only repair operations. This separation makes turnaround plannable — 2–3 working days for the usual larger lot — while the scrap ratio remains within the professionally accepted 10–15% range.

For EUR and EPAL pallets, repair is not a formality. The standard is strict: only regular components from the same type of pallet may be used for repair. If the pallet is returned improperly, it loses its certification value and can cause problems with logistics partners as well. We apply this mindset to every repaired lot, so the returned pallet also meets certification and exchange-flow requirements.

What we guarantee in the repair process

  • We repair with standard, EUR/EPAL-compatible components
  • Transparent scrap ratio: professional 10–15% range
  • Dedicated repair site, no subcontractor dependency

Frequently asked questions

How long does repairing a larger lot take?
For a larger lot, 2–3 working days is a realistic turnaround, a professionally healthy pace. For regular, higher-volume cooperation, scheduling can be planned in advance.
What counts as a normal scrap ratio?
The professionally accepted range is 10–15%. Below this, the collected lot was usually of better quality; above this, the raw material is harder to repair.
How does the repaired pallet return?
The repaired pallet returns to saleable stock as the appropriate category equivalent (like-new, light or grey EUR). We do not treat it as a secondary pallet.
Do you undertake on-site collection?
Yes, for larger quantities this is a common need. Collection, repair and return delivery can be handled as part of one process.
What types of pallets do you repair?
EUR/EPAL, one-way and special pallets as well. Exact conditions depend on type and nature of damage.
What does it mean that repair may only use an element from the same type of pallet?
For EUR pallet repair, only a standard component from another EUR pallet may be used. This preserves the pallet’s certification and exchange value. Incorrect repair is not merely a formality, but a business and safety risk.
